We welcome useful feedback about calculators, broken links, outdated provider information, policy questions and website issues.
For fastest review, use a descriptive subject line and include the exact page URL.
Corrections and Calculator Issues
If you believe a page contains an error, please tell us what you think is incorrect and, where possible, include the source you want us to review. Examples of useful reports include a broken calculator formula, outdated provider terminology, incorrect link or legal source that has been superseded.
We review correction requests under our Editorial Policy.
Privacy Requests
For privacy questions or requests relating to information you previously sent to us, use the same email address and include “Privacy Request” in the subject line.
Do not send passwords, card numbers, full bank-account numbers, government ID numbers or other unnecessary sensitive financial information.
Advertising and Business Inquiries
For advertising or commercial inquiries, clearly identify the company and the nature of the proposal. Advertising does not guarantee favorable editorial treatment or a change to calculator methodology.

Provider or Trademark Questions
If you represent a company mentioned on RemittanceCalc and want to report a factual error, trademark concern or broken provider link, include the relevant page and the precise correction requested.
Security and Sensitive Information
Please do not email login credentials, card numbers, banking passwords, authentication codes or other confidential financial data. RemittanceCalc does not need those credentials to investigate a content or calculator issue.
If you are reporting a security issue, provide enough technical detail to identify the problem without exploiting it or accessing data you are not authorized to view.
Response Expectations
We aim to review legitimate messages, but we cannot guarantee a specific response time or reply to every unsolicited marketing message. Messages that clearly identify a page, issue or request are easier to evaluate.
