1. Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of RemittanceCalc.com, including calculators, articles, comparison pages, guides and other content. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

These terms apply to the RemittanceCalc website itself. A third-party provider, bank, payment service or advertiser can impose separate terms when you visit or use its service.

2. Educational and Informational Purpose

RemittanceCalc provides educational estimates and explanatory content about international money transfers, exchange rates, provider fees, wire costs, recipient amounts and related topics. We do not operate the transfer, hold customer funds, issue cards, provide bank accounts or guarantee any provider’s service.

Content is not individualized financial, tax, accounting or legal advice. Examples are intended to explain calculations and concepts, not to tell a particular person which provider, payment method or tax treatment they must choose.

3. Calculator Estimates

Calculator outputs depend on the numbers entered. A result can be wrong if the inputs are wrong, stale or incomplete. Provider fees, exchange rates, promotions, taxes, payout charges and delivery times can change at any time.

We therefore ask users to verify the final price on the provider’s checkout page before authorizing a transfer. A RemittanceCalc estimate is not a binding quote and does not obligate a third-party provider to honor a particular rate, fee or delivery time.

Some calculators use simplified assumptions to make comparisons easier. An estimate may not include unknown intermediary charges, receiving-bank fees, wallet cash-out fees, card-issuer charges or country-specific taxes.

4. No Guarantee of Availability or Accuracy

We aim to publish useful and current information, but we do not promise that every page is error-free, complete or continuously updated. Provider policies and legal rules can change faster than a static page.

5. Third-Party Providers, Links and References

RemittanceCalc may discuss or link to companies such as banks, money-transfer providers, card networks, regulators or other services. References to a provider do not mean the provider owns, operates or endorses RemittanceCalc unless a relationship is explicitly disclosed.

Third-party websites are responsible for their own products, pricing, privacy practices, security and terms. We are not responsible for a third-party site simply because we link to it.

Provider names and trademarks belong to their respective owners. We use names where reasonably necessary to identify the company, service or topic being discussed.

6. Acceptable Use

You may use the site for lawful informational purposes. You must not misuse the website in a way that harms the service, other users or third parties.

• Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site or its infrastructure.
• Do not intentionally introduce malware, exploit code or abusive automated traffic.
• Do not use the site to facilitate fraud, deception or unlawful financial activity.
• Do not misrepresent RemittanceCalc content as an official quote or statement from a third-party provider.
• Do not scrape or reproduce substantial portions of the site in a way that violates applicable law or our rights.

7. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise indicated, the original site design, calculator presentation, written explanations and original editorial content are owned by or licensed to RemittanceCalc. Third-party trademarks, logos and referenced materials remain the property of their respective owners.

You may link to public pages and quote short portions where permitted by law with appropriate context and attribution. Republishing entire pages or copying substantial original site material for a competing website may require permission.

8. Advertising and Commercial Relationships

The site may display advertising or participate in commercial relationships. Advertising does not automatically mean an advertiser reviewed, approved or influenced our editorial content. Where a sponsored or affiliate relationship materially affects a page, we aim to disclose it clearly.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RemittanceCalc and its operators are not liable for losses arising solely from reliance on an estimate, outdated provider quote, third-party service, exchange-rate movement, transfer delay, payment rejection, fraud committed by a third party or other event outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Different jurisdictions impose different mandatory consumer protections.

10. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree not to hold RemittanceCalc responsible for claims arising from your unlawful misuse of the site, violation of these terms or infringement of another person’s rights.

11. Privacy

Your use of the site is also subject to our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which explain how information and website technologies may be handled.

12. Changes and Termination

We may update, suspend or discontinue features, calculators or pages when necessary. We may also revise these Terms of Use. The date at the top identifies the current version.

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions should continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
